| 摘 要： | 昆明市公安消防部门积极响应中央加强和创新社会管理的要求,立足内部挖潜,外部盘活社会资源,探索提出了网格化消防警务工作的思路,明确了网格化消防警务工作的保障机制、网格责任区消防监督员的职责任务、网格责任区消防监督员工作的方法。

| Abstract: | Kunming municipal public security fire protection departments have responded positively to increase and improve social management, the requirements from central government, based on the internal potential capabilities and external social resources. The research brings forward a policing working idea of grid-based fire protection; depicts the guarantee system of grid-based policing fire protection, the supervisors＇ responsibilities and work methods in their grid-based duty-areas. |
