论远期支票的效力

从形式层面与实质层面分析,习惯上所称之远期支票并不违背支票的见票即付性。就法律效力而言,远期支票应为有效票据,其票据权利义务应自实际出票之日产生,票载出票日前亦得背书转让。为适应经济发展,我国法律应对远期支票做进一步的明确规定。
