当代中国检察官的角色

现代检察官制度构建于欧洲资产阶级革命后,在分权制衡原则和法治理念的支配下,检察官分担了指控犯罪的职责,站定于守护法律的立场,负载着保障民权的使命。我国检察官是集指控官、护法官、保民官三种角色于一身的法律监督官。
