工会参与医院医德医风建设的实践与思考

Some Practices of Trade Union''''s Participation into Building Medical Ethics in Hospital

To strengthen and improve the establishment of medical ethics is a concrete embodiment of trade union's protection function.At present,trade union should make use of its advantages and characteristics of mass organization,take various mass campaigns as the opportunities of medical ethics education.Trade union should regard participation into building medical ethics as a chance to improve trade union's force,find out the combination point of participation and the cut-in point of servicing the overall situation,give full play of trade union's advantages,doing innovation of trade union work according to rules with creativeness.
