高等学校工会在加强师德建设、提高教师队伍素质及在"三个代表"的实践中发挥着特有作用。因此,要充分发挥高等学校教职工代表大会的桥梁和纽带作用,调动广大教职工的积极性和创造性,不断推动高等教育工作的改革和创新。

To Fully Exert Functional Roles of Trade Unions in Colleges and Universities

Trade unions in colleges and universities should make efforts to play special roles in strengthening construction of teachers' morality, in increasing quality of teachers procession and in the practice of realizing three represents in order to comprehensively increase the caliber of teaching and administrative staff and teaching qualities. In order to increasingly push forward reforms and innovations in work of higher education, functions of teachers' congress as bridges and bonds should be fully exerted, the initiatives and creativeness of teaching and administrative staff should be motivated.
