构建中日韩自贸区农产品市场准入谈判分析

Analysis of Negotiation on Agricultural Market Access of Building China-Japan-Korea FTA

In the process of building China-Japan-Korea FTA,it is of great necessary to liberalize international agricultural trade,and of course the individual agricultural market must be opened first.Although bilateral free trade agreements separately signed by the three countries have great impacts on the negotiation of agricultural market access,Japan and Korea massively adopt tariff and non-tariff measures to protect domestic fragile agriculture.Meanwhile,there are huge differences on issues such as tariff concession and the abolition of Special Safeguard Measures during multilateral agricultural negotiation between Japan,Korea,and China.It indicates that issues referred above will be rather difficult in the negotiation.Therefore,appropriate measures should be taken in the negotiation which will be initiated soon,so that consensus can be made and the negotiation process can be accelerated.
