Investigation on the Relation between Cotemporary Civilian Participation in Politics and Political Stability in Russia

Political stability is decided by civilian,institution,and culture in the process of political participation.Political participation in Russia has its own characteristics in different periods.Civilian participation in politics keeps at a low level in Russia,whereas the majority keeps ignorant to political participation and is oriented by the government.However,this situation in political participation is connected with Russian history,tradition,conditions,tasks,and also the result of Russia development.Basically,it could meet the need of Russia for maintaining stability at present.The development of civilian political participation potential in Russia needs rational collaboration between domestic political system and outside political factors.
