网络时代弱势群体的法律保护--以未成年人法律保护制度为视角

弱势群体在任何社会都存在,网络环境加剧了现行弱势群体和强势群体地位不平等的状况,但并没有改变“以人为本”的法制观念对弱势群体进行特殊保护的社会依据。文章以弱势群体中未成年人法律保护制度为视角,就网络环境下我国现行《未成年人保护法》的不足与完善进行了深入研究,并提出了适应网络时代要求的对策建议。

Legal Protection of Vulnerable Groups in the Network Age: From the Perspective of the Legal Protection of Juveniles

Vulnerable groups exist in any society and the fact that the popularity of the network intensifies the inequality between vulnerable groups and dominant groups will not change the social basis for the human-orientated legal concept of special protection of vulnerable groups. From the perspective of the legal protection of juveniles, one of the vulnerable groups, this article points out some defects in the Law of the Protection of Juveniles of PRC and comes up with some suggestions to further improve the law to meet the requirements of the network age.
