On the Psychology of Female Suppressing Victims and Questioning Tactics

Questioning the victims is a very important approach for the investigation organs to get evidence in criminal cases. The victim can be divided into three types, i.e., prosecuting, suppressing and maliciously prosecuting. Psychologically, the prosecuting female victim is of shame, fear, pity, resistance, despair and desire to be safe. Such a victim should be questioned by release of pressure, emotional support and psychological dredging to awake her courage to struggle against the offense so that she will be psychologically relaxed and narrate the truth of the case subjectively and properly.
