| 摘 要： | 现代化是传统社会向现代社会转变的过程，具有整体性、主体性、革命性、相对性的特征。犯罪是反社会的严重危害行为、具有客观性、社会性、主体性、相对性的特征。现代化与犯罪不是互不相干的，而是有着十分密切的内在关联性。这种关联性有其深刻的社会根源、作用机制和现实表现。

| Abstract: | Modernization is a transferring course from traditional society to modem society, which has the characters of entirety, being main body, revolutionization and relativity. Crime is the act of serious harmfulness to the society, which has the characters of objectivity; being main body and relativity. Modernization and crime are interrelated. The relation of them has deep social source, functional system and actual expression. |
