| 摘 要： | 推行政务公开、实施透明行政,既是当代行政管理改革的必然趋势,也是现代政府发展的题中应有之义。构建适合中国国情的政府公共信息公开框架结构,必须树立正确的行政观念制定相关的法律、法规,使行政公开制度化、法制化,明确政务公开的内容、形式和程序,建立健全政务公开工作的监督体系。
