In Russian criminal law jurisprudence,the controversial issues on the constitution structure of crime can be classified into three categories as follows.Which requirements should the constitution of crime be composed of? What is the relation of "requirements" and "features" in the four requirements in constitution of crime according to the general theory? How about their respective order? The above mentioned issues also occurred in our nation's jurisprudence research on constitution of crime.
