摘    要:随着国内外形势日益严峻,影响社会稳定因素不断增多,对公安机关的职能强化提出了更高的要求和标准。该文积极探讨现有警务绩效考核管理体系对公安机关的影响,着力分析在警务绩效考核管理体系实践过程中存在的民警思想认识、指标设定、考核形式等方面的问题,并提出有效意见建议,为提高队伍战斗力,加强公安机关全面建设提供强大的智力支持。

Abstract:With the increasingly severe situation at home and abroad, the factors that affect the social stability are increasing. Therefore, the functions of the public security organs are supposed to meet a higher requirements and standards. This paper is designed to explore the possible influence that the existing policing performance appraisal management system may yield on the public security organs. It focuses on the analysis of police ideological understanding, targets setting, evaluation form and so on in police performance appraisal management system practice process and puts forward some effective suggestions, in order to enhance the combat effectiveness of the team and provide strong intellectual support for the comprehensive construction of the public security organs.
