| 摘 要： | 现行"以侦查为中心"的诉讼模式在传统文化和当代政治性方面具有深刻的历史根源及诸多弊端。"以审判为中心的诉讼制度"改革已在全国范围内逐渐推进,检察机关应探讨适应"以审判为中心"改革的具体应对措施,审前唱好主角,庭中当好配角,以推动检察职能行使更加科学化。
