| Abstract: | To strengthen the construction of new transforming force is an important task to deepen the prisoners transforming and prison reform, and is a realistic subject to realize the objective of prison transformation. If we want to win the initiative in the future practice of prison and get real effects, we must have a strong sense of enterprising consciousness, opportunity and responsibility consciousness, emancipate the mind, innovate boldly, and advance constantly. |
