| 摘 要： | 采集甘肃省兰州市某猪场疑似猪瘟样品,将RT-PCR检测为阳性的样品处理后接种PK-15细胞并盲传至第12代,结果在盲传2代之后的细胞培养物中均可检测到猪瘟病毒(CSFV)E2基因.经浓缩、纯化的病毒在电镜下呈约25 nm典型的CSFV病毒粒子,将其命名为GSLZ株.对E2基因核苷酸序列的分析显示,该分离株与标准参考毒株...
