| 摘 要： | 为了监测猪输血性传播病毒2型(TTV2)的疫源和进化情况,为进一步研究TTV2的形态结构、遗传变异和基因功能奠定生物学基础,参照国外发表的猪输血性传播病毒(TTV)全基因组核苷酸序列(GU456386.1),设计3对特异性引物,采用巢式PCR对采自四川省的疑似猪输血性传播病毒感染的血清样品进行TTV全基因组的克隆、测序和拼接,并对其进行同源性分析和遗传进化分析。结果显示,该基因组全长2 802bp,与国内外参考株同源性介于87%～96%之间,ORF1的同源性介于81%～95%;ORF2的同源性较高,介于93%～99%之间。系统进化树分析表明,该分离株与美国株PTTV2c-VA的同源性高达96%。结果表明,该毒株为TTV2,与国内外参考株有一定的相似性。
