| 摘 要： | 在防治家庭暴力工作中，如何处理家庭暴力施暴者，成为国内外警界最为关注的一个问题。家庭暴力施暴者之所以实施暴力，是与社会文化中对丈夫惩戒权的认可、社会上和家庭内的权力与控制关系、男性在社会化过程中暴力倾向与行为的养成分不开的。针对施暴者，国内外警察采取了惩处与打击、教育与矫治两种策略。

| Abstract: | In the prevention and cure of domestic violence,how to dispose of the perpetrator in domestic violence has become the most serious and prevalent issue of the police.It is cultural recognition of husbands' authority of punishment,the power and control relationship in both society and household,and the violence inclination along with the behavior cultivation in males' socialization that firmly respond to the domestic violence perpetrators' behavior significantly.Police authorities in China,as well as abroad,adopt two main categories of strategies,concerning both punishment and revise. |
