| 摘 要： | 在滑冰教学中,对初学滑冰者,根据冰上运动的技术特点和规律,从基本动作、基本技术开始,实施强化支撑转换蹬冰、加强身体重心稳衡位移练习,经半年实践教学和实验对比,验证了该方法具有一定科学道理,并取得了较显著效果。

| Abstract: | In the ice-skating teaching,to beginners,according to the technical characteristics and rules of the movement on ice,starting from the basic technology,the implementation of the strengthening strut transforms the pedal ice,strengthening the practice of bodily center of gravity steady graduated arm displacement,after half year practice teaching,the experimental contrast,confirmed this method to have the certainly scientific truth,and has obtained a more remarkable effect. |
