学习型政党视角下政党文化建设的当代审视

党的十七届四中全会明确提出,要把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为重大而紧迫的任务抓紧抓好。在建设学习型政党背后真正起作用的力量离不开政党文化的建设,建设政党文化对于构建学习型政党具有重要的意义。当前重要的是要通过对何为"政党文化"和政党文化的价值进行分析,并采取系列举措推进政党文化建设,进而推进学习型政党构建。

A Contemporary Survey on the CPC＇s Cultural Building from the Perspective of Building a Party Committed to Learning

It was clearly stated in the report of the 4th plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee that,building a ruling Marxist political party committed to learning should become an important and urgent task for the CPC.This can not be done without the cultural building of CPC which is of great significance.Now the most important thing for us to do is to identify the content and value of CPC＇s political culture so that we can take respective measures to push forward the building of CPC＇s political culture which can promote the construction of CPC as a political party committed to learning.
