论先进社会生产力的发展及其要求

先进社会生产力要从生产工具的发展变化、社会生产力的发展动力、生产力主体———劳动者发展趋势等方面进行考察。要使先进社会生产力得到迅速发展 ,必须把结构升级作为阶段目标 ,把科技创新作为根本动力 ,把人才培养作为根本保证 ,把改革开放作为重要条件。中国共产党要始终代表先进生产力的发展要求 ,就必须在执政的指导思想上始终坚持唯物史观的生产力决定论 ,在执政的实践上始终站在时代的前列 ,不断解放和发展生产力 ,在自身建设上 ,始终适应生产力发展变化的趋势。

On the Development and Its Requirements of the Advanced Productive Forces

The advanced forces should be investigated from the dvelopment and changes of productive tools, the expanded power, and the growing tendency of the subject. We must regard structural adjustment as stage target, scentific and technological blazing as essential power, talents education as basic guarantee, reform and opening as important condition. the CCP must liberate and develop the productive forces unceasingly and always adapt the developing tendency of the productive forces.
