| 摘 要： | 欺诈发行股票案件是我国社会主义市场经济中出现的新类型犯罪案件,该类案件显现出专业性、团伙性、敏感性、复杂性等一些独特的特点。因此在侦查该类案件时要制定相应的侦查方案,实施抓捕和取证,查明资金流向和审计等多种方法。
