对新时期工会工作创新与发展的思考

增强凝聚力、扩大影响力,是新时期对工会工作的新要求,是工会组织安身立命之本,也是党政对工会工作寄予的厚望。工会组织如果缺乏凝聚力和影响力,就不能担当起团结动员职工的重任,就不能真正起到党联系职工群众的桥梁、纽带作用,就不能发挥维护国家政权稳定的重要支柱作用。面对新形势、新任务和新要求,作为企业工会,必须把握大局、找准定位、体现特色、发挥优势,以创新推动工会工作深入开展,适应新时期发展的需要。

On Innovation and Development of Trade Union Work in the New Period

To increase the cohesion and to enlarge influence is not only the root of trade union in the new period but also the great expectations given by the Party and the government.If trade union is lack of cohesion and influence,it will not be capable to take on the important task of holding workers and staff together,to play the role of bridge and ligament between the Party and the masses of workers and staff,to act as the important support of stable state regime.Being faced with new situations,new tasks and new demands,trade unions at enterprise level must serve for the overall situation,find out the orientation and give full play of trade union's advantages,so as to enhance the innovation and development of trade union work and meet with the demands of the new period.
