| Abstract: | The orphaned or remnant children who live in the most difficult situation and the lowest place are the smallest and weakest community of the society. They are not able to safeguard the rights and interests to survive, let alone to consider of other rights and interests. We should take the scientific development concept as the guidance to safeguard the orphaned and remnant children's social life rights and interests practically, therefore promote our society to develop harmoniously. |
