| 摘 要： | 被害人学是一门新兴学科,20世纪80年代我国才开始研究.进入新世纪以来,我国被害人学领域取得了丰硕成果,在被害人诉讼地位、被害人权利、被害人补偿、被害人援助、被害预防等方面有了新进展.同时,我国被害人学研究中还存在一些不足.只有对当前被害人学研究状况进行科学地分析和评价,才能不断推动我国被害人学发展.

| Abstract: | The vicitmology is a new branch of science,and our country begins to research it until 1980's.Since entering the new century,Chinese victimology research has yielded the substantial result,such as victim's status in litigation,victim's rights,victim compensation,victim assistance,victim prevention and so on.At the same time,there is a little deficiency in our research.Only analyze and estimate the current situation of the victimology's research in China exactly,can drive the development of it continuously. |
