论人民警察工作权

人民警察工作权 ,是公民从事警察职业所享有的获得报酬以及得到相应的工作保障的权利 ,是宪法规定的公民的基本权利。但是目前对此尚未进行全面、系统地研究。天天有牺牲 ,时时在流血的这一职业特点 ,使得加强人民警察工作权的保障有着紧迫的必要性。人民警察工作权有 :获得劳动报酬权、休息休假权、抚恤优待权、特殊保险权、培训权、申诉控告权、执法特别保护权、职业安定权。人民警察权力和工作权有根本的区别 ,但是二者不是矛盾的 ,在一定意义上人民警察工作权服务人民警察权力 ,保护人民警察工作权是人民警察行使权力和履行职责的基础和保障

On the Police's Right to Work

Police's right to work is the right to get guerdon and homologous work guarantees for the citizen who is engaged in the police profession, and is the basic right that the constitution provides. But there is not a complete and systematical study to the problem. The characteristics of police profession require we strengthen it. The police's right to work includes: the right to get guerdon, the right to rest and take a holiday, the right to be compensated, the right to have special insurance, the right to be trained etc. Police's power is very different from police's right to work, but there are no conflicts between them. In a certain degree, police's right to work serves police's power. Police's right to work is the foundation police exercise their power.
