转型后俄乌两国经济联系探析

苏联时期俄罗斯与乌克兰两个加盟共和国间的经济联系是一个有机的整体，苏联解体后，俄乌转变为两个相互间有着内在紧密联系的独立国家。由于乌克兰特殊的地缘经济政治地位，与欧洲经济一体化也同样是乌克兰优先发展的对外政策，在政治因素的影响下两国在能源、农产品和军工领域的合作进程发展缓慢。从长远来看，发展两国间的内在经济联系，促进两国间多领域合作是符合两国经济发展共同利益的方向。

An Analysis of Economic Links between Russia and Ukraine after Their Transition

In the era of the former Soviet Union, the economic relations between Russia and Ukraine were an organic whole. After the Soviet Union collapse, Russia and Ukraine have been turned into independent states which enjoy internal close links and formulate their own strategic policies favourable to the development of their own countries. The continuity of their inherent economic links has given an impetus to their economic cooperation in the context of regional economic integration. The two countries will remove trade and tarrif barri- ers gradually and further open their market to each other. At the same time , due to Ukraine's special geo - economics and geo - politics positions, its integration with Europe economy is its foreign policy in preference. Under the influence of political factors, the two coun- tries' cooperation in agricultural products and war production develops slowly. From a long view, development of their internal economic relations and promotion of their multi - field cooperation are accordant to their mutual interests of economic development.
