The Anti-Dumping System of Thailand and Its Influence on China

With respect to legislation and practice of anti - dumping, Thailand is a new practitioner. Yet, since the founding of WTO and armed with this law, it has frequently launched anti - dumping investigation against imported goods from developing countries. Meanwhile, it has given previsions of favoring domestic company proceedings and unfair measures such as substituting state system in its anti - dumping law. Thus, the author appeals that more attention should be paid that judicial ruling can not be effectively enforced and the effective precautious methods should be enforced to eliminate these negative influences.
