Congruence in Service of the Children's Best Interests |
| |
Abstract: | Abstract This method seems to contradict the present popular belief that the best education means letting the child do as he likes. We consider that these continual limitations of his freedom are in the child's interest. In all actions concerning children, whether undertaken by public or private social welfare institutions, courts of law, administrative authorities or legislative bodies, the best interests of the child shall be a primary consideration. |
