Staff Roles in a Total Living Situation:

This paper studies staff members' perceptions and performance of their roles in an Israeli residential school which adopts a liberal ideology. It is believed that the exploration of this central aspect of institutional organization will contribute to our understanding of how liberal ideologies operate within total life situations.
