象牙制品鉴定的方法和所涉及的法律诉讼研究

根据我国刑法的规定，猎杀、贩卖、走私国家一、二级保护物种，属刑事犯罪。尤其是大象及其制品，是国际CITES公约规定的Ⅰ类保护物种和我国野生动物保护名录中的一级保护物种（亚洲象）。最近几年，由于世界各国对野生动物保护的意识不断增强，国际刑警组织对走私、贩卖、加工、非法运输象牙制品的打击力度不断加大，导致象牙制品骤然走俏、价格不断攀升，也促使不法商人和犯罪分子铤而走险，非法交易象牙制品的数量和价格特别巨大，应当引起我国政府的高度关注。

Unlawful businessman and criminal rush into danger results in illegal trading the quantity and price of ivories are very large. Chinese government should give attention to this problem.
