| 摘 要： | 青少年网络犯罪具有犯罪主体高度智能性、犯罪客体多元化、犯罪手法多样性、犯罪行为具有严重社会危害性等特点，已经成为我们当前面临的主要社会问题之一。应从诸多方面对青少年网络犯罪加以法律规制，包括加强青少年法制教育工作、加强对网络场所的执法力度、加强网络执法队伍及执法人员水平建设、加强对青少年网络犯罪的国际合作等。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of internet, juvenile cyber-offence has become one of serious social problems we are facing. The article intends to help the public have a correct understanding of and adopt a correct attitude towards it. In order to prevent and bring under control juvenile cyher-offence in China, the article puts forward some legal countermeasures. They are to conduct legal education among young people, strengthen law enforcement, improve quality of law enforcers, introduce a internet legal system , and carry out international cooperation. |
