| 摘 要： | 在经济效率大幅度提高的同时,居民收入分配上的差距却日益扩大,已经是一个不争的事实。现阶段,如何科学定位公平与效率二者关系问题,如何把握好个人收入差距的“度”,是摆在我们面前的一个急需在实践中加以妥善解决的重大课题。

| Abstract: | With the drastic increase of economic efficiency,the gap between residents' income distributions becomes larger and larger,which has been an irrevocable reality.At present,how to handle the relationship between fair play and efficiency properly and how to control the largeness of the gap between individual income distributions turns out to be an urgent and major issue that needs to be properly solved in our practice. |
