| Abstract: | Ideological work for workers and staff is complex and systematic work for mass.As mass organization leaded by the Party,trade union has a bounden duty of enhancing and improving the ideological work for workers and staff.The practices indicate that only through a comprehensive work of ideological work and other works of trade union can the work get actual effect. |
