论驻外使领馆的调研工作

在当代国际关系中,外交的地位与作用没有因新闻媒体的挑战和首脑外交的活跃而降低。驻外使领馆的外交调研是外交决策的基础工作,是为外交决策服务的。本文主要论述外交调研工作的重要性、驻外使领馆不同的外交调研的要求与分类、调研工作的一般规律和对外交调研的基本要求。

A Pilot Studies of Embassies and Consulates

This paper is written to clarify that even though having to face the challenges of the mass media and the vigorous diplomatic activities between states' leaders,the position and importance of diplomacy in contemporary international relations has never been reduced.The fundamental mission for our embassies and consulates is to conduct diplomatic investigations and studies,in order to serve diplomatic decision-making.In addition,this paper expounds herein the significance of diplomatic investigations and studies,requirements and classifications concerning different diplomatic investigations and studies of our overseas embassies and consulates and the basic rules and requirements of investigations and studies as well.
