| Abstract: | The enforcement of Administrative Reconsideration Law has made a remarkable achievement for the policing administrative reconsideration system.At the same time,it has exerted a negative influence.Therefore,we must review the past of policing administrative reconsideration system and look forward to the future so that we would improve and perfect it. |
