摘    要:随着《中华人民共和国公务员法》的颁布实施,我省开展了大规模的公务员培训活动。目前,我省公务员培训模式相对落后,培训中还存在诸多问题亟待改进。新形势下新的培训模式应强调“能力本位”理念,突出“以学员为本”的培训宗旨,注重按需施教,把分析、研究工作中的问题、难点,解决方案作为培训的重点,以期营造平等、信任,参与互动的教学氛围,达到理想的培训效果。

Abstract:With the enforcement of the law of public servrants,public servants'training has been developed significantly,but a lot of problems existing in the training are waiting to be solved urgently.The training type emphasizes the idea of "lability-center" and the goal of "trainee-center".The type also pays much attention to teaching for needs,puts analyzing and studying the problems and difficulties and finding solving plans in an impootant position and advocates the teaching atmosplere of equality,trust and interactiveness.
