中国专制主义比较特征论析

中国专制主义的“比较特征”,是将中国专制主义与西方的专制主义及东方其他国家和地区的专制主义相对照而得出的一些结论:(1)中国专制主义历史之悠久、影响之深远,世所罕见;(2)实体形态的中国专制主义自产生之后呈现出不断强化的发展态势;(3)中国专制主义在实质上是一种一人之暴政的全民专制,不是少数人之暴政或多数人之暴政的阶级专制;(4)中国专制主义具有十分深厚的合法性基础;(5)与东方其他专制主义国家没有任何基本法律相比,中国专制社会的法律制度较为完备,是“法治”专制国家。

Analyzing Comparative Features of Chinese Absolutism

The "comparative features" of Chinese absolutism are conclusions drawn from the contrast between the absolutism in China and those in the West and in some other countries or districts in the East.First,the absolutism in China had a long history and great influence.Secondly,the substantial form of Chinese absolutism presented an increasingly strengthened development trend after its appearance.Thirdly,the Chinese absolutism in essence was the absolutism of all the people with one as tyrant,instead of the class absolutism of minority tyranny or of majority tyranny.Fourthly,the Chinese absolutism had some profound lawful basis.Last,compared with other absolutist countries in the East which had no basic laws,the absolutist China was an absolutist nation "ruled by the law" with a mature system of laws.
