| 摘 要： | 《易制毒化学品管理条例》的贯彻施行对规范易制毒化学品的市场、有效遏制其流入非法渠道,发挥了积极的作用。但是,易制毒化学品的管制是一个十分复杂的问题,对新出现的易制毒化学品、易制毒化学品混合物、仓储管理、废料回收、数量标准、举报奖励等方面的立法需不断地加以细化和完善,才能更好地对易制毒化学品实行科学、有效的管制,为打击和防范易制毒化学品违法犯罪提供有力的法律保障。
