| 摘 要： | 尽管当前打黑除恶专项斗争取得了明显成效,但是,黑恶势力犯罪仍然处于活跃期,仍然是严重破坏社会和谐稳定,影响人民群众安全、扰乱市场经济秩序、威胁基层政权建设的突出问题。作为打黑除恶主力军的公安机关,如何继续有所作为,是亟需研究解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The special struggle against sinister gang and vicious power has achieved at present,but the crimes of sinister gang and vicious powera restill active,which is the major problem that severely damages the hormonious stablity of sociaty,affects the security of crowd,disturb the order of marketing economy and threatens the construction of basic government.As the main force of struggling against sinister gang and vicious power,how the public security conduct its duty is a problem to be resolved. |
