| 摘 要： | 法律是有力、有序、有效地开展地震灾后恢复重建工作,积极、稳妥恢复灾区群众正常的生活、生产、学习、工作条件,促进灾区经济社会恢复和发展的有力保障。因此,在灾后重建中,加强法制宣传则显得尤其重要。
