简论中西方青年比较研究的准备

中国从学术的角度对青年进行研究是近年才开始的,其重要契机除注重青年培养教育之外,就是引进了较为成熟的国外青年研究的理论和方法,以求得参照和启悟.中国青年研究向比较研究提出要求,首先是社会发展的需要,其次是学科发展的需要.进行中外青年比较研究的关键步骤在于分类和并置,分类是为了并置,并置是使中西方两个相近的分类建立起比较的联系,即确定双方在时空、特征等方面的可比性.

On comparative study of Chinese and western youths

There had been no youth study in China until the early 1990s in the academic meaning. In addition to the attention paid to youth cultivation and education, it plays an important part tointroduce relatively mature foreign theories and methods of youth studies to obtain consulting and enlightening. China's youth study requires the method of comparative research, for it is firstly the need of China's social development and then the need of disciplinary development. The key step to precede China and foreign youth comparative studies is classification and concatenation. To make classification is to make concatenation, and then to build comparable relationship between the similar parts of China and abroad, that is, to define the comparability of both sides in time, space and characteristics.
