试析群体性事件的理性处置

我国正处于社会转型期,如果对群体性事件不能妥善处理,在一定条件下就有可能激化,直至走向对抗,从而严重危害不同社会阶层之间的关系和整个社会的安定团结。对策:1.明确群体性事件的性质;2.规范处置群体性事件的语言和行为;3.提升群体性事件处置的理性程度;4.尊重和保障弱势群体权益。

On Rational Deal with Mass Contingency Events

The Chinese society is now in a profound changing period of social transformation.If not dealt properly,the mass contingency events may become more acute,or even escalate into the riots under certain conditions.In such cases,relationships among different social classes are to be severely damaged and the stability of the whole society will be threatened.Strategies: 1) to identify the nature of a mass contingency event;2) to standardize languages and behaviors which are adopted when a mass contingency event is dealt;3) to promote rational solutions of a mass contingency event;4) to respect and safeguard rights and interests of the disadvantaged groups.
