老挝经济特区和经济专区简介

目前老挝已批准设立4个经济特区和17个经济专区，计划到2020年在全国41个目标地区建成10个经济特区和29个经济专区。目的是借鉴中国等国经济特区建设的经验，加大招商引资力度，及早摆脱国家欠发达状况并加快向现代化和工业化方向转变。

Brief Introduction of Lao Special Economic Zone and Economic Zone

Laos has by far approved to establish 4 special economic zones and 17 economic zones, and plans to establish 10 special economic zones and 29 economic zones in 41 objective areas in the country by 2020 to draw the lesson from China and other countries in establishing special economic zones, strengthen the attraction of investment, avoid as soon as possible the national situation of poor economy and quicken the transformation to modernization and industrialization.
