| 摘 要： | 随着国企改革的不断深入 ,国有控股企业的发展 ,形成了我国市场经济建设中的一种新的特有的经济形式。这种经济形式的产生使工会组织面临的形势发生了变化 ,工会工作由此也面临着严峻的挑战。

| Abstract: | With the deepness of the SOEs and the development of the industrial enterprises with a controlling share hold by the state, a new economic form has been shaped in a socialist market economy. The emergence of this kind of economic form has resulted some changes in trade union organizations. The trade union work is also facing a severe challenge. |
