| 摘 要： | 经济犯罪是在商品经济运行领域中，为谋取不法利益，严重侵犯国家经济管理制度、破坏市场经济秩序，依照刑法应受刑罚处罚的行为。经济犯罪案件具有与一般刑事犯罪案件不同的特点。当前经济犯罪表现出侵害面广，案值大，危害严重等新特点。在发展趋势上其数量增多、形态复杂等将会更为突出。我们要审时度势，采取有针对性的预防打击对策。
