| 摘 要： | 知识经济社会是人类即将迈入的一个新的历史时代，这一社会发展的根本特征是创新，创新的主体 是脑力劳动者，人的创造力是知识经济发展的真正源泉。知识经济社会将不仅使人的主体地位在经济、政治 和社会等方面普遍得以巩固，而且提供了社会信息化、数字化、网络化等对开发人的创造力有利的技术条件。
