罗马尼亚渠道与中美关系的解冻

在20世纪60年代中美关系开始解冻的过程中,罗马尼亚是促成中美和解的三个主要渠道之一。罗马尼亚在其中虽不是最重要的角色,却也起到了某种不可替代的重要作用,尤其在中美和解艰难起步的初期“帮了很大的忙”:最早承担了在中美之间传话的使命;和巴基斯坦渠道一起帮助恢复了中美间直接对话的华沙渠道;在巴基斯坦已成为中美对话的主渠道之后,仍在中美之间传递了一些重要口信,促成了“波罗行动”。

Romanian Channel and the Softening of Sino-American Relationship

During the process of reconciling Sino-American relationship at 60s of the 20th century, Romania acted as one of the three key channels in facilitating Sino-American relationship softening. In spite of its non-kernel role in such international affairs, Romania has fulfilled its significant function that cannot be substituted in any sense. It helped much especially in the difficult beginning phase of Sino-American relationship reconciling: fulfilling the task of communicating between China and America in the earliest time, helping recovery of the Warsaw channel along with the Pakistan channel for a direct dialogue between China and America, and transferring several key messages between China and America even when Pakistan has become the main channel of Sino-America dialogue, which contributed much to the "Polo action".
