| 摘 要： | 目前我国土地征用制度存在缺陷 ,主要表现为 :征地类型不明、范围过宽、征地补偿偏低、征地补偿不到位、利益分配不当等。应遵循土地保护原则改革土地征用制度 ,区分土地征用类型 ,严格界定公益性用地 ,建立土地征用审核制和土地价格评估中介机构。

| Abstract: | Our land acquisition system has some defects. The defects reflect in those aspects, which are the acquisition types aren't clear, the range is too large, the compensation is too low and can't reach the designated position, the advantages aren't assigned in reason. The nation should by the principle of land protection, reform the land acquisition system. We should divide the types of land acquisition, define public land strictly, build auditing system of land acquisition and media institute for land price evaluation. |
