民族地区乡镇中学教师素质现状与发展对策

摘    要:新一轮基础教育课程改革实验是否获得成功,教师队伍的建设是关键的环节。本文应用多种研究方法,对贵州黔南民族地区乡镇中学教师的基本现状进行调查,探究其落后原因,诊断其现状,据此提出改革与发展的对策和建议。

Abstract:Whether the new trying on the class reformation in elementary education is successful or not,the critical step is the construction of the teachers' troop.Investigating the mathematics teachers with kinds of research methods in rural middle school of the minority regions in southern Guizhou province is benefit for us to explore the undeveloped cause and examine the present condition.In this way we can put forward a series of suggestions to improve it.
